What are your fitness goals for the next 3 months?
I am looking to set realistic and achievable fitness goals for myself for the next 3 months. I am a beginner at exercise and I am looking for a program that is safe and effective for beginners.
Here are some of my preferences:
- I enjoy walking and running, but I am not very comfortable with other types of exercise.
- I am looking for a program that is beginner-friendly and can be done at home or at the gym.
- I am interested in learning how to use a variety of fitness equipment, such as a treadmill, elliptical trainer, and yoga mat.
- I am committed to staying motivated and consistent with my workouts.
Here are some of my fitness goals for the next 3 months:
- Walk or run for 30 minutes 3-4 times per week.
- Use the treadmill for 15-20 minutes 3-4 times per week.
- Do yoga exercises 2-3 times per week.
- Use the elliptical trainer for 10-15 minutes 3-4 times per week.
- Try a new type of exercise at least once a week.
I am open to any suggestions or recommendations that you have. I am also willing to adjust these goals as needed.
